What you'll need for
Land Activities
No jeans or cotton t-shirts, several layers are better than one. Football shirts or skins are a great idea; bring a fleece or similar, waterproof jacket and trousers, walking boots or good trainers; a bag for food, water and snacks.
What you'll need for
Water Activities
We provide dry wetsuits, you need to bring swimwear for under the wetsuit and shorts for over the wetsuit; a synthetic t-shirt or skins are a great idea; walking boots or good trainers; a bag for wet clothes and a towel.
